Author: Drew Ball

Drew is a recent graduate of American University's MPA program where his studies focused on state and local management, comparative government, and issues facing democratic governance within the United States and Europe. While at American University he participated in both the Public Affairs Institute in Washington DC and the European Public Affairs Institute in Brussels. He has worked on and advised political and advocacy campaigns across the country. Between 2009 and 2013 he worked for Sierra Club as a legislative advocate at the national and state levels, and as their national PAC Director. A Washington DC based North Carolinian, Drew grew up in Winston-Salem and is a graduate of North Carolina State University. During his undergraduate studies he deepened his knowledge of Europe and love for Abba as an exchange student at Lund University in Sweden.
